Heh, I'd done a picture of Vladya years ago, and it was terrible. This... is not much better. Finished it wednesday, and I'm liking her face less and less. 
Though that may be because this drawing shows her in her colder days as Countess von Uberflussen.
Anyway.
Vladya von Aldunsk, formerly Countess von Uberflussen, and my very first Discworld RP character ever (out of, er, 8 or so). Born human, turned when she married Count von Uberflussen, who was unpleasant even for a vampire. She left him when he was killed for the umpteenth time by angry villagers and started a new life on the City Watch in Ankh-Morpork. There she became not-really-reformed, in that all the time spent with humans who became comrades, friends (and one of them even more than that) made her rethink the wisdom of drinking human blood. Of course, sometimes the craving was simply too hard to resist and it got her into trouble a few times.
Her adventures include: becoming the slave of a sorceress, traveling to the Agatean Empire, discovering a vampire colony on the shell of A'Tuin who fed on the elephants, finding her daughter's ashes in an evidence room of the City Watch headquarters and reviving her, falling in love with an angsty human fellow cop whose name literally meant 'guilt', and, finally, she died in a freak accident involving spooked horses, a cart full of pencils and a cart full of timber and when the dust settled there was no way to tell which of it was Vladya.
I miss her And I want to do a picture of her in her Watch days, too.

mmm, it dosent look to far to the left to me, just right for a 3/4 profile. although i'll take your word for it as you do draw faces better than me, and there is allways phototshop.
